Peanut Butter Chocolate Nice Cream

If you follow any vegans on Instagram, you will recognize the name of this dish: Peanut Butter Chocolate Nicecream. A vegan substitute for ice cream, I bookmarked several recipes a few weeks back and today was the first chance I had to try one out!

2 large frozen bananas, sliced (you'll want to freeze bananas without the peel)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Vanilla, Cinnamon, Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 15 seconds, scraping down the sides in between. This may take some time.
Feel free to tweak the recipe to include whatever flavor combinations you want.
Voila! Easier than running to the store for a pint of Ben & Jerry's (although not quite as tasty) Eat immediately or store in an airtight plastic container in your freezer for up to 5 days.

Of course nicecream is a vegan substitute however using the banana base feel free to add in whatever ingredients you want and experiment with different bases, milk, caramel, chocolate chips, candy....anything!
